  • Having my first toddler free morning after Finley slept at his grandparents last night (first full night away from me since he was in PICU after his heart op!) enjoyed a night of sleep and now drinking coffee, meditating and pulling oracle cards. Blissful, but boy do I miss my little dude! πŸ’™
  • Doing a little meal prep for the rest of the week. Veggie and feta egg muffins! 6 eggs, half block feta, half red onion, half red pepper, handful of chopped spinach baked for 20 minutes at 190c / 170 fan. Delish!
  • Smoothie bowl time, this one has cherries, spinach, chocolate sun warrior protein, maca and matcha topped with @pipandnut  peanut butter, cacao nibs, strawberry powder and a bit of muesli πŸ’˜
  • New recipe on the blog, the latte you can drink before bed! Turmeric Latte, tastes amazing and has some pretty amazing health benefits too. Link in profile πŸ’˜
