Today's challenge is to do a little planning and batch cooking for the week ahead.

Meal planning, even just a little is a great way to not only save time and money, but to make your working week flow better and ensure you have healthy options right there ready to go. Stews, soups and curries can all be made in larger amounts and then portioned up in the fridge ready for meals during the week. If you've never planned before, maybe just try planning your evening meals Monday - Thursday. That's what I do most often.

Pretty straight forward this one, just get cooking! It can be easy to fall into a rut cooking the same meals, and although I think there can be benefits to healthy meals 'on repeat' it can be really nice to try a new recipe at least once a week.

How often do you actively do something that lights up your heart inside? Today I want you to do just that, because believe me when I say, you deserve it. Spending time doing something that brings you joy can have crossovers with self care, but there is a subtle difference and I'd love for you to explore that today. Really try and listen to what your heart wants rather than worrying about being judged, there is no wrong or right here 🌟 .

Being treat smart is about being aware of the foods you'd give a 10/10 so that when you have the opportunity to eat something indulgent or less healthy, that is just 'meh' you can pass it up knowing you can eat something you really love guilt free. Make sure you enjoy your treat smart foods mindfully - enjoy every single bite!
