  • Doing a little meal prep for the rest of the week. Veggie and feta egg muffins! 6 eggs, half block feta, half red onion, half red pepper, handful of chopped spinach baked for 20 minutes at 190c / 170 fan. Delish!
  • Smoothie bowl time, this one has cherries, spinach, chocolate sun warrior protein, maca and matcha topped with @pipandnut  peanut butter, cacao nibs, strawberry powder and a bit of muesli πŸ’˜

  • The most tasty black bean soup made with added beef bone broth for nutrients and avocado and lime juice. Very nice on this sunny evening!
  • Absolutely incredible roasted corn, sweet potato noodle and avocado salad with buckwheat dukkah. Packed with mood enhancing serotonin ingredients. Usually I'm quite lazy with salads, and this recipe just proved that it's worth going the extra mile, it tasted so good! Thanks to @propercorn for sharing their mood boosting happy lunch! #doneproperly also their smooth peanut and almond popcorn is πŸ˜‹
